The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience much more enjoyable.
The bathroom facilities were dated, and there was a persistent musty smell that made the stay less comfortable.

I spent 1 night at a charming spot that offered a beautiful farm experience. The stunning dinner at their restaurant was a highlight, especially the delightful breakfast that really kicked off the next day perfectly. The staff made everything feel special, particularly during our complimentary wine tasting. The overall atmosphere and cozy room made for a memorable stay, and I'd love to come back to enjoy more of their local wines.

Our stay at Jan Harmsgat was memorable, especially for our wedding anniversary. The hospitality stood out, with lovely staff and a superb dining experience. Breakfast featured a delightful muesli and fruit starter, accompanied by a cold meat and cheese platter. The coffee was excellent too. The dinner was a highlight. my beef fillet was cooked perfectly, and we enjoyed a lovely Shiraz with it. The picnic prepared for us on checkout was a thoughtful touch. the experience was slightly marred by the noise from road traffic that leaked into our room, somewhat detracting from the overall ambiance. My only real disappointment was having to wrestle with the heavy glass containers of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, positioned awkwardly on a high shelf. This made personal care inconvenient. These minor inconveniences don't overshadow the fantastic food and service we experienced.

Cozy getaway with friendly vibes
We stayed for 3 nights and the room was super comfy and spacious! Loved that it could turn pitch dark for our kiddo's naps. The staff were really friendly and helped us have a great time. The pool was nice, although a bit chilly. Just wish the restaurant had more variety beyond basic pub food.

Staying at this lovely guesthouse felt like a treat for the whole family, especially with our large dog by our side. The incredible vistas across the farm were a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals made from the freshest local produce.
My kids wished for electric blankets to keep cozy during colder nights.
